Be it remembered that there was begun and held a regular meeting of the Hon. Board of Pension Inquiry for Alcorn County, Mississippi, in the Chancery Clerk’s office, in the Court House, in the City of Corinth, said County and State, when there were present all Members and officers, to-wit:

J.D. Hyneman, Presedent, and member from the First District;

R.O. Harris member from the second district;

H.C. Powell member from the Third District;

J.W. McAnulty member from the Fourth District;

J.S. McElhannon member from the Fifth District;

O.M. Hinton Clerk of said Board;

Said Board being duly organized, the following proceedings were had, to wit-On examination of the Pension Roll for 1909 it was found that the following pensioners had diead, to-wit:

It was found that the following had moved away, viz.:

E.D. Haynie moved to Texas: (this name is marked out)

A.T. Patton had moved to Alabama

Jas. R. Carpenter was in the Asylum

The balance of the day was taken up in review of the claims of the various applicants and of pensioners.

The Board adjourned to meet Tuesday September 13th at 8:30 o’clock A.M.
