Benjamin Franklin Sparks, 91, died May 30th at Extendacare Nursing Home in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Services were to be today at 3 p.m. at McPeters Chapel with burial in Henry Cemetery.
Survivors include four sons, Lester Sparks, Huntsville, Alabama; Luther Sparks, New Albany, Missisippi, Floyd Sparks, Corinth, Mississippi, Earl Sparks, Knoxville, Tennessee; a daughter, Mrs. Estelle Mingolello also of Knoxville, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Howard North, Adolph Brawner, (can't read first name) Haynes, Osteen Smith, Leroy Gray and Herman Madden.
