Leroy Wooley Obituary

LEROY WOOLEY BURIED SUNDAY (Dated Feb. 14, 1972)
Funeral services for Leroy Wooley, 1428 Cruise Street, Corinth, were held Sunday at 1 p.m. at Coleman Chapel with Minister Marvin Rainey officiating. Interment was in Lebanon Cemetery.
Wooley, a retired merchant, died Friday at 9:40 p.m. at Magnolia Hospital after an extended illness. He was 84.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sul Box Wooley; two sons, William Wooley of Bay Springs, Mississippi, and James Wooley of Corinth; 4 daughters, Mrs. Ivan Roscoe and Mrs. Hubert Kitchens, both of Corinth; and Mrs. R.C. Morgan and Mrs. Jane Berryhill, both of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; a sister, Mrs. Viola Robertson of Ripley, Mississippi; 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Coleman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
