Query posted November 4, 2004 Please add George W. Hawkins to your query list. We show he enlisted from Grenada Miss in 1862(?).He's the brother of William P. & A.T. Hawkins. William is sited on the 1850 Choctaw, Miss census along with George W. George served in the civil war, he made the rank of Lt. He was injured from gunshot/cannonball and had an amputation of one or both legs. He was in Co H, 30th Regiment Miss. Volunteers. Thanks, Debbie Hawkins
