North Carrollton on land owned by I.W. Bush, Jr., on north side of paved road to
McCarley. E. 1/2 of NE 1/4 Sec., Tnsp. 19, R 4E.

Note: A single marker now broken lies nearby. Mr. Harbin, who now lives on the
place, says that "Big" Simon Turner (grandson of the Newells) said
taht after Lucretia died the single stone that marked the grave of Camp P.
Newell was pushed aside & replaced with the double marker that now stands.
