Not All Claimants were adjudicated their Promised Ceded Lands embraced under the Sept 27, 1830 Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek.

BLM Federal Bureau of Land Managment VA,, Number of Choctaw Claimants Cases adjudicated in “Fee Simple” under the Compliance of the 14th and 19th Article of the Sept 27, 1830 Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek; 2238. Each Choctaw Case Compliant under Choctaw Scrip (5 stat 513) And only applicable within “Per Written Instructions”..
