On
the 7th day of May, 1838, will be exposed to public sale, for cash,
at the Courthouse door of Copiah County, one town lot, lying in the town of
Gallatin, situated on Front Street, adjoining the lot and house occupied by
Rice, Brown, & Co and John T. Bowie’s Law Office, containing 27 feet in the
front, and about 30 feet back, levied on as the property of Allen F. McLean,
and will be sold to pay plaintiff’s claim in the above stated case.
