the courthouse door of Copiah
County, three-eights of
land adjoining the land
of Mark Wade, same land
on which the said defendant Carter now resides; also one-eighth of land and a
40 acre tract adjoining lands already described. Levied on as the property of E. L. Carter and
will be sold to pay the plaintiff’s claims in the above stated case.
