The
State of Mississippi Probate
court
Copiah County October term, 1838
Agreeable to an order of the Probate
Court of Copiah, at the above stated term. Notice is herby
given to all persons interested in the lands, tenements, and hereditaments of
James Bell, deceased, to be and personally appear at the next regular term of
said court to be holden at the courthouse of Copiah County on the third Monday
of December next, to show cause if any they can, why an order shall not then be
granted to sell all the real estate of which the said deceased died, seized, or
possessed of at the time of his death.
Witness
the Honorable Stephen H. Johnson, Judge of Probate of said county, the third
Monday of October, one thousand eight hundred and thirty
eight. Issued the 17th October, 1838.
