It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that
the said Andrew A. Stall is a non-resident of the State of Mississippi.
Notice is hereby given that unless the said defendant
Andrew A. Stall shall appear, put in his special bail, plead, answer, or demur
to the above action, within six months, judgment by default will be rendered against
him, and the property attached will be sold. It is further ordered that a copy
of this notice be inserted in the Southern Star, a newspaper published in the
Town of Gallatin, Mississippi, successfully for six months.
