Notice
Whereas
letters of Testamentary were granted by the Honorable, the Probate Court
of Copiah
County, at its August
term, 1838, on the estate of William H. Kilcrease, deceased, to the
undersigned; This is to give notice to all persons having claims again the
estate to present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law, or
they will be forever barred, and those indebted to make immediate payment.
