                                        Sheriff’s Sale

 

William Hancock, use of

Peachy R. Taliaferro

            Vs

Hugh J. Price et al

 

On the third Monday, the 21st day of January next; will be exposed to public sale, for  cash, at the court house door of Copiah County; all the right, title, interest, and claim of Hugh J. Price in and to the following tract of land and lots, to wit:  Lot 16 in the town  of Gallatin, containing one half acre with a good dwelling house situated thereon; also lot 15 containing one half acre, valuable improvements thereon also, the North half of the northeast fourth of Section 10, Township 9, Range 9 East containing 80 acres, more or less, said tract of land is well improved and levied on as the property of Hugh J. Price, and will be sold to pay plaintiff’s claims in the above stated case and cost of suit.
