                                        Sheriff’s Sale

 

George W. & J.B. Reid

    Vs

James W. Bullock et al

 

By virtue of a writ of venditioni esponas; to me directed from the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of Copiah County, I shall offer for sale at the courthouse door of said county for cash the first Monday, the 6th day of July, 1840, the following described real estate, to wit: the West half of the southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 9, Range 5 East; containing eighty acres-also the North half of the East half of the southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 9, Range 5 East containing 40 acres-also northwest quarter of southwest quarter of  Section 3, Township 9, Range 5; containing 40 50/100 acres.  Levied on as the property of the above named James W. Bullock and will be sold to satisfy plaintiff’s demands and all cost in the above stated case.
