                                Executor’s Notice

 

Whereas letters testamentary were granted to the undersigned by the Honorable, the Probate Court of Copiah County, at the July Term 1844, on the last will and testament of Jesse J. Prescott, deceased.- Notice is therefore given to all persons having claims against the estate of said decedent to present them duly authenticated according to law, within the time prescribed by law, or they will be forever barred; and all persons indebted to said estate to make immediate payment.
