Probate court, July Term, 1838
On
petition filed, ordered that notice by citation be given according to law
commanding all persons interested in the real estate belong to the estate of
John Green, deceased, to be and personally appear before the Probate Court of
Copiah County at the courthouse thereof, on the third Monday, the 16th
day of September next, then and there to show cause if any they can why an
order should not be made authorizing the sale of all real estate of said estate
lying in the countys of Copiah and Hinds.
Witness
the Honorable Stephen H. Johnson, Judge of the Probate Court of Copiah County,
at the courthouse thereof, the third Monday, the fifteenth day of July, A.D.
1844, and seal of said court.
