In consideration of nineteen hundred dollars paid and to be paid me as follows $900.00 paid me in cash $335.00 to be paid me on or before Jan 1st and $335.00 to be paid me on or before Jany 1st 1899 and $330.00 to be paid me Jany 1st 1900 with interest @ 7% per annum from Jany 1st 1897. Interest payable annually. I convey and warrant to Abe Lantz the following described lands lying and situated in Monroe County Mississippi and particularly described as follows to wit: Beginning at the North East corner of Section (33) thirty three Township (14) Fourteen Range (6) Six East thence running due South with the Section line 35 chains and 28 links to a State on Section line; thence due West 7 chains and 70 links to a Stake thence due North 5 chains and 65 links thence due West 21 chains and 35 links to a Stake; thence due North 29 chains and 63 links to a Stake on Section line. Thence due East with Section line 27 chains to place of beginning containing Eighty four & 34/100 acres more or less.
