Aberdeen April 21st 1914
For and in consideration of the sum of Four Thousand Seven Hundred & fifty dollars to me in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged; I convey and warrant the title to John F. Cain and Geo. R. Cain of said County and State herein before mentioned and to their legal heirs. viz: <84 34/100> Eighty four and 34/100 acres of land lying and being in Monroe County Miss. and described by meets and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the North East corner of Section Thirty three (33) Township Fourteen (T 14) of Range Six (R6) East; thence running South with said Section line Thirty five (35) Chains and Twenty Eight (28) links to a stake; Thence due west Seven Chains and Sixty five (65) links to a stake. Thence north five (5) Chains and Sixty five (65) links to a stake; Thence north Twenty Nine (29) chains and Sixty three (63) to a stake on the section line; Thence East along Section line Twenty seven 27 Chains to beginning point; and this is intended and shall convey the land as per deed of Abe Lantz and Laura Lantz his wife to me as per deed recorded in Chancery Clerks office in said County and State herein before mentioned to which reference is made, and this is intended and shall cover said piece of land and I warrant and will defend the title to Cains and their heirs & assigns in fee simple.
