William K Thweatt Justice of the Peace Elect for the northern division of the second Police district in said county for the ensuing two years this day appeared in open court and took the oath prescribed in the Constitution and entered into bond in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars with H. M. Thompson and William N. Brown as his Securities which was approved and ordered to be recorded.
