Last Will and Testament of Laura (Lucy) A Walker

 I L A Walker of Bowman in the County of Tate and State of Mississippi being of a sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

I give devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Laura Ray all of my estate consisting of money and notes or any other property--real or personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at my deceased.

And lastly I do nominate and appoint my said daughter Laura Ray to be the executrix of this my last will and testament without bond In witness whereof I the said L A Walker have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 6th day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Five.

Signed sealed and published and declared by the said L A Walker as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

Be it remembered that on this the 9th day of May 1906 personally appeared before me M A McKinnon of Bowman, Tate County, Mississippi who being duly sworn deposes and says that on the 6th day of May 1905 he witnessed and attested the signature of Mrs. Lucy A Walker to the instrument of writing thereto attached; that at the time of the execution of same she was of sound and disposing mind and memory, and under understanding and more than 21 years of age and capable in ??? of making and executing her last will and testament that on the said above date, the said Lucy A Walker signed published and declared the said writing to be her true and original last will and testament; that she signed same in the presence of Friends and the other subscribing witness thereto Dr J S Canada that and the said J S Canada signed and attested same as the special instance and request of the said Lucy A Walker in the presence of the said testator and in the presence of each other on the day and date afore mentioned.
