The State of Mississippi, Tate County

I Luke Britt of Tate County Mississippi being above twenty one years of age and of sound and disposing mind make this my last will and testament.

I give devise and bequeath all my estate and property real and personal to my wife Donie Britt.

I appoint as the Executors of this will Rev J B Randolph of Corinth Mississippi.

In Witness whereof I have signed published and declared this instrument as my last will and testament in said county, this 27 day of December 1921.

Proof of Will

State of Mississippi, Tate County

Before me the undersigned authority in and for said County and State this day personally came J P Bailey and W T Lewis who severally make oath and say that they were acquainted with Luke Britt in his lifetime and that they have examined the document hereto attached signed by the said Luke Britt on the 27 day of Dec 1921 and that the said instrument was signed by the said Luke Britt in their presence and that they signed the same in his presence as witness thereto at his request, and that the said Luke Britt was then over the age of 21 years and of sound mind and of sound and disposing mind and memory and capable of making Testamentary disposition of his property, affiants further make oath and say that the said Will has never been revoked, so far as they know or are advised, and that the said Luke Britt died in said County on the 22nd day of March 1931.
