brother of Lee Andrew Dorris, Rubin Dorris half brothers and Clara
Delsie Ivy Geyer, Chester Ivy,
Laverne Ivy, and James Everett Ivy. He was worked for the Tunica
County as a Bull Dozier Driver for many years, later moved to Sanford, Florida
where he did janitor work. He had diabetes, heart problems and cataracts.
He loved his animals; he had a golden lab named “Dutchess”. She was a good
cook and never need a recipe; her biscuits were always part of her meals.

Rose Mary Morrow Ivy, father of Tommi Lynn Morrow (Ivy) Carrier and Joseph
Allen “DUKE” Ivy. Tommy was a mechanic. Tommy was shot by his
brother-in-law Jerry Eugene Pennington on his 10th wedding anniversary in front
of his parents home in the Love community outside of Hernando. Tommy had a
twin born dead several days before him. He was the youngest of 9 children.
