Tippah County Courthouse
Located in the Square in Ripley, MS

Before modern transportation, Tippah County was riddled with small thriving towns and  communities. Many are extinct now, however as late as the 1930's these extinct towns had schools, doctors offices, general stores, post offices and cotton gins.  This is a listing of existing and extinct towns located in Tippah County.  If you have information or pictures you would like to include for this site please contact me and I will be glad to include it here.
