Brief History:
  This cemetery and most of it's property was given to the church when it relocated here in 1874 from Ellistown. There were a few graves already located here when the church took possession. Nearly 3 acres are now within the fenced area, and considerable area was lost to the right of ways of county roads that now border two sides of the cemetery.
