"PISGAH" CEMETERY
(PRE 1900 HEADSTONE LIST)
UNION COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
(Located 8-9 miles West of New Albany off
of Hwy 30 at the end of C.R.27). Also known
as the "Darden" cemetery by some folks.

November 16, 1997

This cemetery is at the end of a narrow county road.
It appeared to be kept up by someone.  Unfortunately
it showed the unmistakable signs of vandalism. Apparently
someone at some time in the past thought it great fun to kick
the smaller headstones over. Several had been snapped
off at the base.
