A family yard, 5 miles northeast of Alva. Buried: Samuel CARVER, a pioneer citizen, father of Henderson and Newton CARVER, connected with a number of prominent families, CARVERs, BERRYHILLs, ROSEs and MILTONs. He, with others of his family are buried there.
