Final rites for Ezra Ainsworth, 84, who died April 1, at 9:30 p.m. at his home in Osyka, Miss., were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Antioch Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
Mr. Ainsworth was a retired farmer and a member of the Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bessie Mae Ainsworth of Osyka; three sons, Alvin Ainsworth of Citronelle, Ala., Louie V. Ainsworth, Kentwood, La., and Ruben Ainsworth of Monticello; five daughters, Mrs. Maybelle Powes, of Virginia. Mrs. Lois White of Riverton, Wyoming, Mrs. Gladys Beard, Tylertown, Mrs. Marie Benson, Jackson, and Mrs. Eula Scarborough of Monticello; two brothers, Vollie Ainsworth. Summit, and W. B. Ainsworth, Jonestown, Miss. He also leaves a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
