      I am looking for information on Enoch E. MARTIN b. 1822 in Miss.Married Nancy E.? b.09 Dec1932 in Miss I am also looking for information on David King Martin b.1804 in Miss.Married Ada or Eda KEATON b. 1800 in S.Car. David is possibly Enoch's father or uncle. The information I have stated was taken from 1850 Liberty Co. Tx.Census. Enoch and Nancy had a son born 1849 in Tx. His name was David King Martin also.He is my grandfather.That is why I think David King Martin b 1804 is Enoch's father. Please help if you have any information on these people. I am trying to find out Nancy's maiden name. She is believed to be American Native Cherokee according to family records.

      Has anyone ever seen the name BUDDGER anywhere. Death record for Mary Frazier (LASSITER) HARRIS gave her mother's maiden name as BUDDGER (Elizabeth) and her birthplace as Unknown County MS ca 1830. I'm wondering if the spelling is simply a corruption of something like BUTCHER. Open to suggestions.

      I am looking for information on Enoch E. MARTIN b.1822 in Miss. Married Nancy E.?b.09dec1833 in Miss. Son David King Martin b. 07dec1849 in Tx. Also David Martin b.ca 1804 in Miss. The information I have listed was taken from the 1850 Liberty Co. Tx.Census Report. Sometime after 1850 Nancywas found in the Calc.Parrish La. Census married to Spencer Perkins. Don't have any info as to what happened to Enoch Martin. Family records say Nancy was full bloodied Native American Cherokee. I would greatly appreciate any help as I have ran into a dead end everywhere I have searched.
