Nick Denley, the Chancery Clerk for Tallahatchie County has completed many transcriptions of different databases over the years for Grenada and surrounding counties and has graciously allowed them to be posted for your use here. Below is a transcription of marriages which lists each marriage by book number, line number, groom name, bride name and date of marriage beginning with marriages in July 1870 through October 1947. (There will be a gap of marriages missing from August 12, 1885 to July 1896 due to a loss of records).
