Sarepta Community News (Intended for last week)
Miss Flora Phillips, age 60, died at Houston Hospital Wednesday of last week.Interment was made at Sarepta Cemetery Thursday, with Bros. Bullard and Hartley conducting the services. A funeral home at Houston had charge of arrangements.Many who read this will remember going to school to Miss Flora, for she taught school about twenty years.She leaves a nephew, Mr. Will Phillips, and several cousins.The bereaved have our sympathy.
Mrs. Chambers, of Selma, Ala., is spending a few days with her
father, Mr. Will Phillips, after having been called here on account
of the death of Miss Flora Phillips.
