Mrs. Zinn Dies May 7 In Oxford

Mrs. Georgia Dickson Zinn, 83, died at Graceland Convalescent Center, Oxford, at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 7, 1974. She was the widow of the late Earl Zinn who died September 25, 1959.
A daughter of the late Ben Dickson and Betty Davis Dickson, she was born August 9, 1890 in Calhoun County. She was a member of the Sarepta Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held at Pryor Funeral Home Chapel at 4:00 Wednesday with Rev. George Muse officiating. Burial was in Bruce Cemetery with Pryor Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Bill Lyles, Brooks McPhail, John H. 'Big' Hardin, Billy Keith Burnham, Victor Baker, Dr. Cliff Bailey.

Mrs. Zinn leaves two sons, Raybon Zinn, Bruce and Bedford Zinn, Oxford; three brothers, C.R. Dickson, Sarepta, Joe Dickson, Garland, Tex., & Dewey Dickson, Grenada; three grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
