Mrs. Guy Taylor Dies Friday At Her Home, Batesville

Mrs. Josie Polk Taylor, 64, died at her home at Batesville, Friday morniing at 8 o'clock.She was the wife of the late Guy Taylor who died about six weeks ago. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Enon Baptist Church with interment in Batesville cemetery.

The Taylors lived in Bruce before moving to Batesville.She was a Baptist.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. C. M. White, Batesville,Mrs. Lila Myrle Sims, Birmingham; 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; 2 sisters, Mrs. Edith Johnson, Memphis and Mrs. Myrtle Ransom of Oxford; 1 brother, Mack Polk of Tupelo.
